Denise de Lovely Designs is dedicated to offering handmade, beautifully designed greeting and note cards adorned with embellishments and two-dimensional effects and tactile cards with meaningful, touching sentiments. Her cards can be felt and touched with both the hands and the heart. Denise de Lovely Designs cards are keepsakes.

It may seem that sending sentiments in a greeting card or a note via mail is obsolete. However, it's stressful out here! People still long for personal communication. And so the story goes...
About Denise
There once was a young lady named Denise. She loves people and has many people to love in her life. No matter how far away they were, she made it a point to keep in touch by sending a card, note, or letter. However, the greeting cards that she often found did not capture the sentiments that she wished to convey. Or if, by chance, the card had the perfect phrasing, it would not be aesthetically pleasing.
Disillusioned, Denise began to write and create her cards. She continued her long-standing routine of keeping in touch via cards, notes, and letters, but now she was sending her own 'masterpieces' to friends and family. As loved ones received her work, they began to ask her to make cards and invitations for various events and even write and design obituaries. They, too, were disillusioned and loved Denise's work, both her writing skills and creativity.

Denise's brother, also impressed by her work, implored her to put her name on the back of her work so that folks would know the creator. That's when Denise devised the catchy name to label her works: "Denise" is the owner. "De" for the Spanish twist on some cards. "Lovely" for the unique beauty of her work. "Designs" for the variety of her creativity.

Denise has always loved receiving a card or letter in the mail. Reciprocally, she believes that it's a wonderful thing to send a ray of sunshine to a loved one or acknowledge a special achievement via a card or letter. It is lovely to get something special and unique in the mailbox.
